When visiting Jim Corbett National Park, keep a few terms and conditions in mind to ensure a memorable, safe, and secure stay or visit. The following are the essential points for Jim Corbett National Park:
Terms and Conditions for Jungle Safari
1. Once a safari is booked, the change in slot time, names or date can not be done.
2. Only government-authorized vehicles are permitted to enter the Jim Corbett Forest.
3. Jeep Safari and Canter Safari fees are nonrefundable.
4. A jeep can carry max 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 12.
5. Children below 5 years are complimentary with their parents.
6. All safari bookings require government authorization I'd proof (Aadhar, PAN, or passport), same has to be shown at the entry gate.
7. Tiger/ Wildlife sighting totally depends on luck whether by following the rules sighting changes may increase.
8. After concluding the tour or safari, if the government of India raises the permit cost, charges, fuel cost, guide fees, driver fees, and so on, the same amount will be collected from the guest.
9. A Nature Guide is required for jungle jeep safaris at an extra expense, which clients must pay directly to him.
10. No refunds will be issued if the safari is canceled due to rain or any movement by the officials.
11. Foreigners must bring their native national passport for the booking & the same must be shown at the entry gate.
12. From 1st June till 14th Nov all the safaris bookings are provisional and can be cancelled or modified by the officials( No Refund can be claimed).
13. Any incorrect information may be the cause of safari cancellation.
14. Canters are the only way to enter Dhikala Zone for day visits, and they go on a sharing basis.
15. No fire-related materials are permitted in the jungle safari.
16. No yelling or shouting at animals.
For Night Stay- There are numerous zones in Jim Corbett National Park where you can spend the night, including Dhikala, Bijrani, Dhela, Jhirna, and Phato. These criteria must be considered when reserving a night's stay in any of these zones.
1.Booking ahead of time is essential to increasing your chances of confirmation.
2.To reserve your room booking, you must book at least two to three months in advance of your visit date.
3. Different rooms and areas for night stays are built in each zone; which can be confirmed at the time of booking only.
4.Once a Night Stay is reserved, it cannot be changed or modified.
5.No refunds can be requested after the booking has been completed.
6.For Indians, government-issued ID evidence (Aadhar, Pan, Passport) is required for the booking & for a foreigner must have a passport from their original nation.
7.Few zones have government canteen facilities with limited food options. For some zones, raw material may be taken from the outside since the forest staff will provide a cook for the cooking.
8.A natural guide is mandatory for all safaris.
9.The field director has the right to alter any reservations at any time.
10.Once a permit has been issued, it cannot be changed in terms of gender, nationality, or name.
11. One Room can accommodate only 3 pax maximum.
12. Children below 5 years are complimentary with their parents.
13.Your permit could be denied if you provide any misleading information.
14.For their own safety and security, all guests are required to abide by all ground rules.
Hotel & Resort Policies:
1.Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and can be verified at the resort itself.
2. 50% of the total package cost must be paid in advance to secure your resort reservation.
3. The prices listed on our website could fluctuate according to the season and resort hikes.
4. Although it completely depends on the resort, standard check-in and check-out times are often 12–2 pm and 9–11 am, respectively.
5. Below 5 years, children are complimentary with their parents.
6. Please check with our agents for higher category bookings, as the rates listed on the website are for base or deluxe categories.
7. To ensure a seamless check-in procedure, we ask that guests deposit the full payment within seven days of their arrival.
8.Any extra expenses or activities will be charged separately.
9. Any package or room cost additions will be extra during periods of high demand, such as April 1 through June, or during Christmas, New Year's, or any celebration.
10. Refunds cannot be requested after the reservation is done.
11. Since children over the age of 12 are regarded as adults, the same amount will be taken.
12. At peak season time(New Year, Christmas, National Holiday, Peak season, Independence or Republic day etc), no refund can be done.
13. Pet policies vary from resort to resort and must be specified when making a reservation.
14. Any damage at the resort premises by the visitor will be cost as extra.
15. In order to use the swimming pool, swimming clothes are required; these can be purchased or borrowed from the resort for an additional fee.
16. After the reservation is done, no alterations or modifications are permitted.
