Hotel Reservation Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: The 50% booking amount will be refunded, minus any processing fees.( It also varies by resort, which is subject to change.)

Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in: 75% of the booking cost is non-refundable, remaining will be given as credit note for future bookings.

Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: Full booking cost will be collected, no refund can be proceed.

No-show or Cancellation on Check-in date: Cancellations that occur on the check-in date or failure to show will not be receiving a refund and retention will be charged.

Amendments on Booking Details: Modification on the booking can be done up to 7-15 days prior to the check-in date, subject to a minor administrative fee and availability. Modifications requested within 7 days of check-in may incur additional costs based on availability.

Adjusting Refunds: Refunds are at the discretion of the company, and if issued, shall be processed within 7-10 business days. The credit will be sent back to the originating source.
Note: The refund processor totally depends upon the resort's policies. It also varies by resort, which is subject to change.
Cancellation Policy For Jungle Safari

Jeep safari, Canter Safari, Night stay booking amount is non-refundable once safari is booked.

A time frame of 7 days should be given to the refund to get processed, and once it is in motion, it can take anywhere from 7-10 days before the funds reflect back in the client account creating the refund.

In the peak season time no refund of any booking can be claimed neither for hotel booking nor for jungle safari or night stay in corbett.
